The hotel was exquisite! Comfortable beds and modern decor. Extremely comfortable. We got breakfast with our stay and we're so glad we did. What an amazing spread! The only thing lacking was juice. Highly recommended!

Great stay

Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu.

Decent peaceful vacation spot

I really enjoyed this hotel as we booked Japanese style room. The only biggest complaints are the facts that there are only three elevators that we needed to wait for traffic congestion and very limited restaurant options. Other wise, we had decent stay.

宿泊客の人数に対して、 エレベーターが少なく 何度階段を往復したか分かりません。 オールインクルーシブが売りなのに ラウンジも人で溢れかえり座れないし 食べ物も不足気味、 夕食と朝食もスマホで時間帯を選び予約する システムだが全く意味がなく長蛇の列で お皿も足りておらず、働いている方達も余裕がなくバタバタしていて不備だらけでした。 レストラン無いに入りきれるわけもなく、 座席も広間というより廊下のようなスペース、何故か間の喫煙所があるという 色々目的や配置に謎や計算ミスがある感じでした。 食べ物はどれも美味しかったですが できるなら温かいものは温かいうちに すぐ食べたかったなと感じるぐらい 食事を取りに行くにも座席に運ぶに も距離と大混雑があり大変でした。 食事に行くだけで疲れ、エレベーターにも なかなか乗れないので階段登って疲れ、、、 和洋室だったので布団も使用しましたがカバーやシーツも自分たちでつけないといけなくて それも疲れ、、、 でせっかく休暇を楽しみに行ったのに疲れました。

滞在中規定時間中はお酒、ソフトドリンク飲み放題、バイキングの品数が多くて迷うぐらいでした。 宿泊者が多かったがエレベーターは気持ち待つ程度で乗れた。チェックインが17時ごろになった為　近くの駐車場が満で少し歩く第4しかなかったので次回はもっと早くイン出来るようにしたいです。 また泊まりたいホテルです。

共有部分の空調が弱いのか暑かった エレベーターは３機あるものの、中々来ないうえ、やっときたと思ったらすでにたくさんの方が乗っていて乗れないということが多々あり何度も見送りして中々乗れないということが不満でした お部屋は清掃済みなはずなのに椅子の下に前のお客様が使用した綿棒が落ちていました バスタオルやタオルは、分厚くとても良かったです 脱衣場のドライヤーの置き方も良かったです

お部屋の掃除ができてなく、トイレが汚くて洗面所に前の宿泊者の所持品の歯磨き粉など落ちておりバスタブ周りなどに髪の毛が落ちておりフロントで伝えましたが事務的なお詫びの言葉だけでちゃんとした謝罪もなくエレベーターもなかなか来ないし、食事も時間制でも人だらけでちゃんと食事も食べれなかったこんな対応の悪いホテルは、初めてです。 もう行きたくないです。
