Had four room. 2 no hot water in shower. 3 tvs didn’t work. Had to get hotel staff to unlock one room every time went into room. And one had to move because mattress had urine on it

I already wrote a review about the check in process and how horrible that was. The overall property was fairly miserable as compared to the nice hotel across. The pool was not up kept overnight along with the feeling of grime in the pool. I also was not impressed with the breakfast either day. Also, Sunday morning church was on at breakfast. The employee walked up and turned it off without anybody asking to do so. She then stated that they are not allowed to have church on in case it offends anyone. While I respect that I also condone it. Overall a gutter of a place with a gutter of a property manager

Absolutely do not stay here. This place is GROSS. Cigarette burns on the sheets, holes in walls, things growing in the AC unit, floors are disgusting. If it weren’t 1 am when we got to this dump we would have left but after driving 16 hours we just need 5 hours of sleep and then we are going to go fumigate everything we own.

It was not clean at all, i would say it was about a 1/4 step up from a roach motel. I could not believe La Quinta put there name on such a place.

Check in was a long wait. Desk attendent didn't even know 2 rooms weren't next to each other. 1 room smelled of Marijuana so badly. Bathtub was so gross no one would use it. The railing on the 2nd floor was badly damaged and I was scared my kids were goiing to fall off. Breakfast was so disgusting my non picky kids wouldn't eat it. The floor in the breakfast area was sticky. The coffee was so bad I threw it out.

I got there to check in at 1645 (Check-in is 1500). They gave me my room, got to the room and it was dirty. It had not been cleaned yet. I go back to the front desk to inform management. The manager on duty was very rude to me in front of a line of other guests checking in and said the room would be clean in 20 minutes or so. He was short handed and if i didnt like it, I could leave and he would reimburse me my money. This is Memorial Day weekend so tjere were no other places to go. I had no chose but to stay. They didnt offer me anything for my inconvenience. When i checked out o spoke to the manager on duty and was told someone would get back to me. Never heard back from them. If i could i would give them a negative rating.

Nasty and unkept. Do not stay at this place. Bathroom was dirty, mold on walls, ceilings and shower curtains. The place seems more like a place for unsavory people to hang out. The police were even there to handle an issue with a guest.
