A very well enjoyed stay here! The building is brand new and in such a convenient spot near the ferry and airport, plus only about 30 minutes from downtown Victoria. There’s a huge free parking lot too, which already felt like a win before even checking in. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. Everyone greeted guests so kindly with warm voices and genuinely friendly energy. It honestly felt like they were happy you were there, which makes such a difference.

This is a brand new hotel .. very clean and new. We used the gym which had a nice touch that they give you head phones if you forgot yours. There is out door seating with propane fire pits too. It’s 10 mins drive from the airport so if you have an early or late flight in it makes life that much more convenient.

The room was clean and well designed as it is a new hotel. The only problem they have start up problems. Firstly I had to turn the main electrical breaker on as the power had been turned off to the room. We did not have the room serviced for three of the days although they did provide us wwith clean towels when asked. It is well suited for long term stay. I have been a Marriiott member for many years.

It was quite exciting to stay in a brand new hotel! I rated four instead of five stars because it’s not possible to get in touch with the hotel via phone or message which is challenging for things like inquiring about unknown charges and notifying about later check-in. The rooms were lovely and spacious. My only recommendations would be for there to be another mirror in the actual room, as opposed to only the one in the bathroom, and that the shower have a full means of closure. The shower is large, but has only a half pane of glass so cold air is coming in, making for a fairly chilly experience. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the desk had sufficient space for two people, the towels were fluffy, everything was super clean, and the breakfast had good selections!

Everything about this hotel was fabulous! It’s brand new so when we entered the lobby there was still that new construction smell. When we were checking in, they were having issues with their computer and offered us water & snacks while we waited for the computer issue to be resolved. We booked a king bed with sofa bed and got upgraded to 2 queen beds. There was a full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, full size fridge and pots & pans, cutlery, dishes, etc. The bathroom had full size shampoo, conditioner & bodywash, you just need a bath sponge. Complimentary breakfast was different every morning. Breakfast offerings ranged from scramble eggs, bacon, mini egg quiches, croffles, sausages, oatmeal, bagels & muffins. With the oatmeal toppings, I was able to make a trail mix of granola, cranberries, walnuts, sunflower seeds & shredded coconut. The hotel was within walking distance to some restaurants & grocery store. The staff were super friendly.
