Junior suite has only under the counter fridge, doors to the freezer were broken (440). There is no hob only small combi oven/microwave. No air-conditioning. Room 440 is on the attic and there are steep steps it's not accessable for person with reduced mobility. We had to change the room to 434 just beside the lift. I forgot the item in the shower in the old room and I asked at the reception but it wasn't delivered to my new room. There is no charge for parking car with disabled badge. Pillows and beds are comfortable.

Frühstück gut, Rest zum vergessen.

Wir hatten ein großes Familienzimmer 30qm mit Balkon gebucht. Bei der Anreise sollten wir ein winziges Zimmer mit Jugendherbergs-Charakter beziehen. Auf meinen Wunsch ein Zimmer in der gebuchten Kategorie zu bekommen hieß es man sei ausgebucht. Auf meinen Wunsch, dann eben auf ein anderes Hotel umgebucht zu werden wurde ein längeres Telefonat geführt. Dann wurde mir ein zweites kleines Zimmer gezeigt. Als ich auch das ablehnte war dann nach einer halben Stunde doch plötzlich ein Zimmer in der gebuchten Kategorie frei. Absolutes No-Go! Frühstück aber sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Great hotel.

Very hospitable staff and a great selection of food with careful attention to dietary requirements. Non lactose produce and vegan food offered. Perfect for a family and dog friendly.
