It was a great place to stay. Not in city center but a easy taxi ride into the city. Staff was wonderful! Front desk arranged all our taxi requests. Nice parking area in front of hotel. Good buffet breakfast, a variety of foods and beverages.

The property was well positioned if you had a car to get to and from the main part of Siena. It would be quite a walk if you didn't. Overall, the location was exactly what we expected and was a clean and safe place to stay.

Staff were nice enough, except the night guy who told me I must be screwing up my computer because the internet works fine. When it did not work in our room. He was super room. Found out the next day the internet HAS been a problem and the nice front desk clerk apologized for the guy before. So that was nice. The beds were the least comfortable beds I have ever slept in.
