The check-in was quick. We were unable to get early check-in due to it being spring break time. So we didn't get into our condo until 4pm. The condo was very clean and newly renovated. It was very nice. The first night we did have an issue with the shower not draining. We contacted the after hours maintenance the next morning because the shower had not drained. We reached back out around noon because we got a text that the maintenance wouldn't get there until the next day. We wouldn't have been able to shower as it would have flooded the condo. We contacted the number again and Michael got someone out there within the hour. We were very pleased with Michael taking action so quickly. We would definitely stay in this condo again if we came to Siesta.

Great place to stay, very convenient location, close to the beach as advertised, only reason not 5 stars is because you can’t see the beach from your place. But only a few steps away. Clean and comfortable furnishing’s. Nice atmosphere and feel of the community
