Affectionately called "The Perch", unit #1004 has been in our family since the building was nothing more than a blueprint. Beautifully updated with granite counters, stainless appliances, tumbled marble, crown moldings, pendant lights with dimmers, wireless internet, 3 flat screen TV's with Veris FIOS service, an open floor plan, sumptuous baths and room to sleep 6-8 people. Sunsets on the Gulf and view of the #1 rated beach in the US don't get any better than this. It's no wonder 80% of our guests are repeat renters.
