The unit has a king, 2 twins, sleeper.3 tvs. It is located across from our large heated swimming pool and is on the 2nd floor. This unit is short walk to to crystal blue and white sand beaches. This attractive complex is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. The view is picturesque and the sunsets are magnificent. There are 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs and a scenic beach front courtyard with shuffleboard. There is also a recreation room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. Visit the Island House Beach Resort and make your vacation a most memorable one.
During your stay at this villa, you're just a quick walk from Siesta Key Beach. Laundry facilities are available. The villa offers a kitchen and a lanai.

Phenomenal white sand, water and cleanliness. Fantastic grilling options, however would have been nice to have been more centrally located. Walkable options for meals and free shuttle/trolley available. Nice to have screened outdoor seating area. Beautiful property!

Great unit in a great complex. Partial ocean view, 2-3 minute walk to spectacular beach, nice pool, and family friendly. Unit has functional kitchen (pots/pans, dishes/bowls, glasses, etc). Only criticism is lack of kitchen "basics" - sponge, scrub brush, salt/pepper, etc., but minor issue compared to every other positive feature.

Our villa was too close to the office and all the action...Too many cars coming and going...Loved the proximity to the gulf and the chairs and sand...beautiful beach!!! Our villa, 10B could use an update on furniture and fixtures...all a little worn but useable...All staff were friendly and courteous...We had a nice time!!!
