This newly renovated and refurnished 2 bedroom/2 bath "Beachy" condo is an end unit that features a wrap around screened lanai that offers panoramic views and sunsets not to be found but in a few of the units throughout the property. Enjoy both fun on the spectacular beach "or" in the beautiful heated swimming pool with newly renovated restrooms and adjoining fitness center.
The Condo is equipped with wireless high-speed internet, 2 DVD players, a 50" HD "smart" TV for streaming movies etc. There is also a 42" "smart" HD TV in the master bedroom and a 32" flat panel in the guest bedroom. The kitchen has a Keurig Duo Plus Single Serve K-Cup and/or 12 cup Carafe Coffee Maker along with all new high-end LG appliances.
After a day of fun-n-sun on the beach or at the pool, you can discover Siesta Key Village, which is just a short walk away. The village features numerous "open air" style restaurants, many featuring live music. There are also numerous shops, a full grocery store, post office and drug store.
The public beach features lifeguards, tennis courts, children's playground, gift shops and concessions. Don't forget the famous drum Sunday prior to sunset. FREE instructor lead Yoga every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at the public beach along with nightly sunsets that are second to none!
