Beautiful, stylishly furnished 2-room flat on the 2nd floor with gallery, 60 m2, in a quiet and central location. Living/dining room with exit to the balcony. Mountain view. Internet and TV. Open kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Coffee machine Nespresso. Bathroom with shower/WC/sink. Double room with boxspring bed. Loft with double bed (2 mattresses) under sloping roof, very steep stairs. New, comfortable furniture. Garage place. Laundry and ski room for shared use. Non-smoking flat. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Cravunera is located in a quiet settlement built at the beginning of 1990 at the start of the village of Sils Maria. Cross-country skiing trails can be found in the immediate vicinity. The valley station of the Furtschellas cable car can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or by sports bus (bus stop 50m from the house). The sports bus leaves every half hour in all directions in winter. Hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity.

Unkomplizierte und rasche Schlüsselübergabe im Office Gutes Kartenmaterial und Instruktionen Sehr sauber und stilvoll modern. Lage perfekt! Hell. Die Küche ist für die Grösse sehr gut ausgestattet. Grosser, gut zugänglicher Skiraum. Die Treppe in die Galerie, sprich zum 2. Schlafzimmer hoch ist sehr steil. Wir hatten die Kinder oben schlafen, so gings, sonst wäre das ein kleiner Minuspunkt, genau wie der fehlende Fahrstuhl im Treppenhaus. Ansonsten haben wir uns ausserordentlich wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank!

Anzumerken ist, dass die Wohnung recht kalt war und erst am zweiten Tag über Sie und durch Ihre Hilfe eine bessere Beheizung erreicht werden konnte. Die Heizung in der Wohnung selbst zu regulieren war nicht möglich. G.F.
