Master Bedroom w/ California King Size Bed; Bedroom #2/LR w/ Two Large Sleeping Sofas in this Super comfortable private suite with independent entrance in Silver Spring. Bathroom with glass enclosed shower, steel sink and toilet.
Principal guest pays $69 per night and each additional guest $59. per night. The master bedroom features a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom/LR has two large sleeping sofas, in a home-like atmosphere. Central AC & Heating. Wash machine, dryer, soap at $19 per wash load. Only 1 mile from downtown Silver Spring, 10 miles to the White House and D.C. monuments. Property Rules:
This suite is a Family Oriented Lodging.
Only booked-in guests are allowed to sleep over. No promiscuity at all.
No unregistered people allowed to spend the night.
Guest is allowed to have visitors in the suite until 11 PM. No party, no loud music beyond reasonable limits. Pets are allowed at $20. per night. Guests with no car dont pay for parking. Guests with car pay only $12, 1-24 hour period; 2nd car $15. on a large safe concrete driveway. The property has surveillance cameras all around for safety. The surrounding neighborhood is residential, quiet, and the County allows noise until 10PM. - This lodging is a family oriented accommodation, no promiscuity.

The house is on 8829 Flower Avenue Silver Spring, MD. The house is on the corner of Flower Ave & Plymouth St. and is fenced by green bushes 6 foot tall all around. From Flower turn onto Plymouth and right on the first driveway; drive in all the way near the doors and call the host to hand you the key. Not every guest come by car so the parking fee is not included in the booking price; driving guests can pay the parking fee to the platform, send by Zelle to 301-404-4070, or pay cash on arrival at check-in time; the parking fee is $12. per 24 hours per car; 2nd car $15.
Check out instructions are as follows:
Latest time is 11am; there is no need to dismantle the bed linens - the cleaning crew will do that to send to the laundry and will prepare the suite for the next coming guest after 3pm; so no need for checking-out guests to-do anything; just to make sure not to forget and leave any belongins behind.
