Room needs updating. Shower rod coming loose from wall, not hanging properly, flooring coming loose in front of bathroom sink, missing sink plug, bedding seriously worn out not quality you would expect in hotel, bath linens worn out, carpet in room damaged areas. Place is in need of major refresh. However, staff and onsite bar/restaurant was great.

Room smelled very musty when we arrive should have changed rooms right away. Our dog we brought with us got a fungal infection the 4th day we were there. No doubt from whatever what smelled like. Had people in our group in 3 different rooms none smelled as bad as ours. tried to get a refund or any acknowledgement from the staff of the issue they seemed to brush it off and proceed to tell us. The dog could have gotten it "anywhere" only place the dog was the whole time was in the room or on a leash going to the bathroom.

The only two things good about this place is location and friendly staff. The rooms are so dirty and outdated. The couch (with fold out bed) was so old and beat up, you couldn’t sit on it without being on the wooden frame and no bedding for the fold out. There was no screen on the large window on the 4th floor (and advertised as family friendly - we had two small kids so this is dangerous). One tv didn’t work, not enough towels for each person on our reservation, messy floors around base of bed, peeling floors, fraying carpet, weird smell - just a lot of unpleasant things. This place needs an update!

Definitely not a 2.5-star property (maybe 2.5 out of 10 at best). Tiles were coming off the floor in both the bathroom and the room entry. There were stains on the sheets in private areas on both beds — gross. It really makes you wonder if the sheets had even been changed. Breakfast was also about a 2.5 out of 10. The jelly was so hard it was like a Jolly Rancher and completely unusable. The yogurt was expired. The carpet in the common areas looks like it rarely gets cleaned — at best, it seems to get a quick weekly vacuum. Over all feel of cleanliness 2.5 out of 10 For such a great location, I was not expecting a place that appears to be so poorly managed
