Overall the hotel is very beautiful. The housekeeping staff was great. However, on the morning of my checkout on Nov 14, 2025, there were no available employees to assist with moving my luggage up the stairs in the lobby. When doing it myself, I tripped and fell on the stairs, injuring my hand. What was most disappointing is that not a single employee came to offer me any aid or assistance. The fall was witnessed by multiple guests and employees. I had to go up to an employee myself and ask for first aid. There was no apology about what happened. The employee did give a bandage, and ultimately helped with loading luggage in a taxi. However, it was a disappointing way to end a stay at what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

The most significant thing for this hotel is that its just across the monorail station. Very convenient. The room is alright except some minor issues. The hotel staff took care of these issues. The covered carpark does not have direct access to the lobby. Needs walk out abit to the level 2 lobby. Overall no problem.

We booked a last minute stay and were thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. We were able to visit the beach and local shopping mall by the convenient monorail opposite the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed on the check in waited time, especially I have done the digital check in a day before, was expecting the room key should be ready but it seem everything is redo at counter, plus there is only 3 counter, very shorthanded. Very small car park, have to park at Village Hotel but within walking distance. After all, we have great time during our stay, staff are very attentive but just very very shorthanded. Hope to ease the staff job especially when you have pre-check in before the stay, why still require to redo every check in the actual day? Collect the room key and go.

Our party of 5 crosses three generation. Oasia’s location is fantastic — 5 min walk to beach station, 5 min walk to Universal Studio / aquarium, 5 minutes walk to Kidzania. Across the road you’ll have Starbucks, 7-11 and escalator to top of the hill. The hotel is clean, friendly staff and a chill environment. Highly recommended.

Hotel was clean, easy to get to by public transport, staff are friendly and helpful. We were a family of 4x. Found it hard to book a room with standard beds. Ended up booking with a sofa bed that both kids slept on. It was fine. But only provided towels and pillows etc for 3x people. Had to keep requesting 4th towel every time the room was cleaned.

Only a short monorail ride to Universal Studios which was great! Also the area was amazing to walk around, such a nice walk to Beach Station through the Sensoryscape at night time. Hotel was clean and modern.
