Stayed here a few times this year. Walkable from terminal 1, 2 and 3. Rooms are really clean, bed is comfy. They could do with re-sealing the shower base it has black bits around the edge. The aircon can only be set between 21 and 24 degrees, and it didn’t seem to work at all in room 247 so it was like sleeping in a sauna. I’ll try the Crown Plaza next time.

Convenient and easy stay in the Jewell Changi SIN

Good place to rest up upon landing! The check in lady was a little surly but everything else was great. It was cool in the morning with the free coffee was the water fall in the Jewel!

Very convenient for a long layover flight since it’s right in the airport. The room is small but was clean and has all the basic things we needed. It’s good enough for a good night’s sleep.

1. Bad aircon-had to call everyday to change the aircon temperature! Somehow the aircon temperature keeps changing and we have no control! 2. Non-functional toilet flush! The toilet flush stops working after a few hours, had to call the plumber everyday. 3. No laundry!

The hotel is ideal for a layover where you arrive late and a hotel in the city will just delay your rest. Most importantly, the beds are comfy and just right, even for 2 people. Folks who are claustrophobic may not appreciate the lack of windows in the cabins. The breakfast bar is sufficient enough for those who are not expecting a full breakfast, i.e., the coffee and yoghurt crowd. Bonus... on some days you get an almost unobstructed view of the fountain opening at 10am... only drawback is that if you were to reserve on Expedia, checkout is earlier than the usual 11am. But the hotel is accommodating.Enough to extend check out to 10 am since our incoming flight was delayed. Overall, a good stay to keep us rested in between flights.

It was definitely convenient for tired travelers in need of some rest, which was the case for me. I was able to take a shower and freshen up, however when i went to sleep, the pillow smelled like mens perfume. I could've called them to have it changed, but i was very tired and needed to sleep on the hours of layover i had left so i used my neck pillows to get some shuteye
