Built in 1980 and renovated in 2020, the holiday home is a semi-detached house and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a holiday complex on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, hammock swing and fire pit.

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 50 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over an external stair directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows:
1st floor: American kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator (180 l, freezer), microwave, toaster and electric water boiler. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Living room 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed.
TV or radio channel can be received per cable.

Siofok. The holiday home is located in a holiday complex, on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and trees, bordered by a fence. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
