Staff was very friendly. It was nice to have a restaurant/bar on site. Breakfast was clean and attendant was very attentive. Property is older and soundproofing between floors and doors was non existent. You could hear all the talking that was happening in hallways or rooms as you walked through. There was a strong sewer smell in our bathroom that the front desk said was common as they have had lower bookings lately. Air units need a deep clean.

There was pubic hair on several surfaces, including the night stand, bathtub and toilet. My daughter said she saw a toenail next to the bed. The staff were very friendly and nice, especially the lady running the breakfast. The facility needed a lot of repairs and cleaning. I felt $100 a night was way too much to pay to have to cleanup some else’s pubic hair before using the toilet, bathtub or setting my phone on the nightstand.

Parking lot was dirty, it is winter but snow removal was piled in strange places, room had rusty connections showing in bathroom and several patches to wall that needed paint. Hall had holes outside elevator. Next to river but that is only positive. For the money I would stay elsewhere.

Room 217 bathroom had a horrible must moldy chemical smell. Black mold on bathroom ceiling. Friends of ours staying on first floor also had a horrible musty moldy chemical and sewage smell. We ended up leaving early and going elsewhere.
