A lake front property with the most beautiful sunrises / sunsets & a prime location less then 10 miles away from Clemson University. This is the perfect relaxing getaway for friends & family!

The space
Incredible views, plenty of living area, 4 bed rooms, large flat screen TVs, extended upper & lower porch, and a sandy beach area for relaxing with chairs & umbrellas, as well as a dock for additional swimming fun!

Additionally we have corn hole if you guys want some competition & a fire pit that is great for roasting marshmallows & telling story’s while enjoying your stay!

Boat & JetSki parking available. With Paddleboard, Kayak and Pontoon available for rent via separate agreement.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the whole entire property, except the detached addition on the left side where me & my brother live full time, with one small dog named peanut & one outdoor cat named trumpurr!

Note - one is a retired Army officer veteran,
and both have full time responsibly and will not bother you while staying on the property but will be their to assist for additional questions.

Had a great bachelor weekend

Stayed at the house for a bachelor trip weekend and the house was amazing. Cornhole, darts, hot tub, bar and patio with outdoor TVs to watch football and such. Hosts were communicative and helped us out anytime we had questions. The lake is great and we had an awesome time on the boat too. Most genuine 5 ⭐️ I could give. Essentially every person in my group came up to me at some point in the trip and told me “this place is awesome, how did you find this, this is perfect, etc”
