Perinteinen huvila

Huvila mahtuu 4 henkilöä (2 tai 3 aikuista tai pari, jossa on 1 tai 2 lasta) viihtyisissä huoneissa kahden kerroksen välillä. Pohjakerros on 35 neliömetriä. ja sisältää: täysin varustetun keittiön (iso jääkaappi, uuni), ruokapöydän neljälle ja olohuoneen mukavalla vuodesohvalla ja yhden hengen sängyn sekä alakerran wc ja suihku. Se on erittäin suuri terassi puutarhaan ja upeat merinäkymät. Yläkerrassa on 35 neliömetriä ja siihen sisältyy: makuuhuone, jossa parisänky, yläkerran wc, 2 vaatekaappia ja pieni oleskelutila. Siellä on ilmastointi, TV LCD 32 ', DVD-soitin ja parveke, josta on upea merinäköala. Huonekalut, verhot, kannet, valaistus ja kaikki tarvikkeet jokaisessa huoneessa on valittu huolellisesti moderniin tyyliin.

Vilas Zoe on rakennettu vasta ja ne sijaitsevat yhdellä saaren suosituimmista alueista, 6 hehtaarin alueella vihreällä oliivitarhalla. Sijaitsee lähellä Vigles vain 2 minuutin päässä Skiathosin kaupungista. Tyylikkäästi rakennetut aitot kivihuvilat. Ne koostuvat kahdesta itsenäisestä huvilasta, joista jokainen on täysin kalustettu, ja yhdestä pohjakerroksen huoneistosta, jolla on täysi yksityisyys. Jokaisessa huvilassa ja huoneistossa on keittiö, jossa keittiövälineet, kylpyhuone, makuuhuone ja parvekkeet, joista kaikista on upeat henkeäsalpaavat näkymät Egeanmeren satamaan ja saarille. Nauti 'Zoe'-huviloiden vieraanvaraisuudesta huhtikuusta lokakuuhun niiden kätevällä sijainnilla ja korkeilla puhtausvaatimuksilla. Olet varma ystävällisestä vastaanotosta lomallesi. Super find

Lovely clean little villa in quiet location with spectacular views over the port and town. Very friendly host. We would strongly recommend your own transport however as, although only 2km to Skiathos Town and all its excellent amenities, the villa is positioned towards the top of a very steep hill. We will definitely be planning a return stay.

Fabulous stay

This villa is the perfect bolt hole for an equally perfect stay on the beautiful island. Very clean and with everything you need for a really comfortable stay , the villa has beautiful views from the terrace and a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the Uk . From a practical point of view , the access is a steep path and you really do need a car to enjoy the island but these aren’t problems just tips . Vakis the owner was highly responsive with some great recommendations of the best places to go and make the most of your stay . Highly recommend the taverna 500m down the hill and use the car to explore the northern beaches rather than the more commercial beaches in the south of the island . Finally the winery 10 minutes drive from the villa is a highly recommended afternoon with beautiful views. If we come back one day we would definitely come back and stay here . Many thanks for a wonderful villa .

Total home from home. Quiet and serene with beautiful views. The villa was lovely and clean, amazing shower. Bed was very firm and comfortable. Vakis is a complete gentleman and very inobtrusive, he is on hand, however, for any problems. On the 2nd day, the fridge freezer packed up, so we rang him to explain. We went out and when we got back, he had already replaced it. All in all, a very relaxing experience, one we are hoping to repeat soon.

LOVELY VILLA ZOE

The property was a marvellous find. Clean, well presented, amazing view. Cleaned regularly. Zoe was amazing, couldn't have been better. We were there two weeks during the Thomas Cook problems, Zoe and Vakis were very understanding even offered us extra time , if we were stranded. Would reccomend the property to anyone.

Fantastic place, great location

Cannot think of a better place to stay when on Skiathos. Very quiet but still only 3 mins drive (or 20 mins walk) from Skiathos Town. Extremely high standard, well equipped, very clean and superb views. The proximity of the airport is an additional attraction - just a few flights a day and we found it very interesting to watch the planes landing and taking off. Vakis is extremely helpful and the booking process was very straightforward There is a great taverna (Agnadio) 5 mins walking distance away and a bakery another 5 mins away. Of course, there are 100s of places in the Skiathos Town to go for lunch or dinner. If you want to explore the island you need a car - there are so many places to keep you busy for a week. There are also lovely walks you can do starting from the villa. In my view the best beaches are those where you need your own transport to get to - Ligaries, Kechrea, Megalos Aselinos, Mandrsaki to name a few. A visit to Kastro is also a must. Fantastic location - we came back yesterday and have already started thinking about booking the villa again for the next year. We stayed in the Traditional villa but all three properties are great.

A view to die for

Our stay at Zoe was excellent, our tenant Vackis was always there to give us good advice and offer fresh fruit from his garden. We stayed in the traditional villa which, though not very big, had everything you need on holiday and.... What a terrace. Among olive trees and perfumed flowers , with friendly cats cuddled at your feet

Total relaxation in an idyllic setting

Just back from 11 nights staying in the economy apartment.Very good value and facilities you would expect from pricier accommodation. The apartment is well ventilated and the bedroom air conditioning is free of charge. Very welcome during the peak season hot nights. Vakis was very welcoming and very willing to advise us about transport arrangements. Always willing to assist you if you needed help, but very much respected your privacy. The apartment is situated under Vakis' own villa, and has a private terrace with lovely views over Skiathos Town, the harbour, distant Skopelos, and Skiathos airport runway Watching the planes come in was an entertaining pastime morning and evening. The planes although close, were not a nuisance. Maximum of 6/7 on a busy day, only 2 on a quiet day.,We did opt for a car in the end and we were very much glad of our decision as we could see all the northern less accessible parts of the island. Kastro and Panorama taverna are a must to visit. Lehouni beach is a lovely secluded beach. Without transport none of these are accessible. It is possible to get into town via the Monastery bus route, and then pick up the south coast bus service from town. I would recommend your own rental transport so you are not restricted. I would not recommend walking into town although it is possible and we did do the hike once. In the heat of the day is exhausting though, and the road into town can get busy Friday / Sat evenings especially. The are 2 tavernas within walking distance of the apartment. We would definitely recommend the apartment and may well stay there again should we visit Skaithos for a third time. The only negative. Transport advisable. After all, you dont get great views without hills to climb!

holiday heaven!

We have just returned following our second stay at the stone villa at Villa's Zoe and are already wondering how soon we can return! The Villa's are set amongst an Olive Grove on a hill just a short distance from the bustle of skiathos town and harbour. With stunning panoramic views from the terrace across the town and islands, it is the perfect location to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or BBQ as you watch the sunset twinkle across the town and bay. The Villa's are really well appointed and equiped with everything you would need during your stay, whether planning to eat out or stay in and cook each evening. They are kept immaculately clean with crisp linen and freshly laundered towels every few days. You really will find it hard to pull yourself away from the comfort of the Villa and explore the amazing beaches and taverna's around the Island. Finally it would be impossible not to give a brief mention to Vakis the owner, who has welcomed us twice now to his stunning property and provided a 5 star service each time. If you want an incredible holiday with stunning views with home comforts which are a cut above the normal cheap pine twin beds you often find in Greek holiday accomodation ... this is the place! The only downside about this property ... you have to hand the keys back at the end of your stay!

A Real Find

We stayed in the traditional villa with our son, while our friends rented the stone villa with their two children. Great spot. Both villas finished to a very high standard, and spotless. Unbeatable views. We felt immediately at home and didn’t want to leave. The children loved playing in the large garden in complete safety. Our thanks to Vakis for making us feel so welcome. We feel lucky to have found this place and can't wait to return.

WISH WE COULD STAY MORE

Our holiday in Villa Zoe exceeded all our expectations – we enjoyed our stay from arrival to departure. Fruit and flowers were awaiting us when we arrived at the house, and that was only the first sign that we would feel welcome in this place. Villa Zoe is set up in the hills, affording the very desired peace and privacy; but only a short drive away from the amenities – supermarkets, bakery, some excellent restaurants and the town of Skiathos.The house is situated at 3 km from the town. The Traditional villa is a comfortable, completely new and well appointed house, with a properly equipped kitchenette. There is a good sized bath with plenty of hot water.On the top there is a separate bedroom, and two comfortable sleeping couches for kids in the main room. It is spotless, regularly cleaned and leaves nothing to desire. In front of it there is a great terrace with a spectacular view through the olives to the town and at the sea. Spending mornings enjoying coffees and breakfast on the terrace, and nights hearing crickets from the olive trees and seeing moonlight over the sea, made us want to stay more in this wonderful place. Our kids were perfectly satisfied too – from the vast garden with beautifil plants, to free and perfectly functioning Wi-Fi - all ther requests were met (not to mention the amazing beaches and unforgettable mountain sights of Skiathos). Vakis, the owner, is another gem of our summer at Skiathos. Friendly, helpful but also discreet, he kept following our needs during our stay in Villa Zoe. From the very first contact with him we were made to feel relaxed. We strongly reccomend this beautiful place to those who need peaceful time in a picturesque enviroment. Special recomandation: renting both Traditional and Stone villa by two families or a group of friends would be perfect – they are close and can be used as a unique space but at the same time separated enough to give peace when needed. Vakis, thank you for your kind attention, it was great being your guest!
