As we were unable to stay there I can’t rate accommodations The owner gave us notice day before arrival requiring us to transfer payment for environmental fee via a bank transfer outside of VRBO platform Communication was poor I refused notified VRBO. After a few phone calls to VRBO helped me cancel my reservation and had to find other accommodations The supervisor from VRBO was excellent during this situation to make things right
