Glasshouse sligo

Excellent experience from start to finish, staff were very helpful and attentive. Room was clean and had tea/coffee services available, had bath and shower for own convenience with bathroom compliments. Food was v good, and again could not fault same, breakfast great variety and same at cafe bar restaurant has meals throughout the day into evening. Overall the hotel is in a central location, close to all shops, bars restaurants, would definitely stay again.

Felt Like a VIP.

The Glasshouse was truly a lovely experience. My room was comfortable and quiet, the view was incredible, and breakfast was consistently lovely. But what made the experience memorable was the staff. I can’t call anyone out because they were all exceptional. Every single person treated me like I was the most important person to ever stay there.

Nice interior, rooms were spacious and well laid out and comfortable. Staff were also friendly and assisted with any queries we had quickly. Great location - right in the middle of town, easy walking distance to everything. Underground parking available for a flat rate of a couple of euro for our 1 night stay. Very nice feature was a water fountain they had at the end of the floor near the lifts - and they left a jug in your room, so you could refill it as you wish. This was very appreciated, as we are heavy water drinkers and usually have to buy bottles at a local shop. If staying in Sligo again, I would check this place for availability first.

We had a fine stay at this hotel. Staff did not have the same Irish warmth as I had become accustomed to. There was one exceptional staff member- one Irish young man -wish I could remember his name. Rooms were fine but not luxurious. Breakfast was not good at all. The highlight was the bar area. Its lovely. And the view was wonderful from the room and bar. I would like reviewers to start mentioning when hotels have cell towers on their roof and this one has!

Good hotel in a great location.

Pol at reception was really great. Friendly and polite without being over the top. A nice stay in an excellent location. Self service water machine in the lobby area is a brilliant idea.
