Unhelpful staff and the most unclean room I have ever stayed in. Total grime If it wasn’t for my children being so exhausted from the travelling I would have checked out immediately. I don’t even think it deserves the one star. I contacted the hotel direct to voice my concerns and all they could offer me was a complementary upgrade on my next stay!

The first room was grim. Broken bedside lights and socket. Broken toilet roll holder and floor lamp. Second room was all good although both were extremely tired with marked carpets and walls.

My bedding was not clean. The bottom sheet was ripped. The pillow cases were clean but they didn’t cover the pillow at the ends and the pillows themselves had hairs. Apart from that the bathroom was very clean I was pleasantly surprised and in general the room was very comfortable. Although not happy about the pillow I would stay again.

The reason I chose this hotel was because of the leisure facilities, upon arrival I found out that the pool areas had been shut down for over a month! Nobody informed me of this after booking the hotel, and no offer of a partial refund. To top it all off, I have contracted food poisoning from the restaurant. I know the food poisoning is from here as it's the only place I've eaten from
