Perfectly set up for a family or two or group of friends wanting a beach side break.
An idyllic secure garden escape with outdoor dining, various nooks for reading a book or having a cocktail as well as off-street parking. A wonderful and fun outdoor pool room with pool table, seating and disco lights.
At the doorstep of all Phillip island attractions -penguins, nature parks, wineries. Amaze'n'things and go-karts.
