The `jewel` of oceanfront stays. Located right on the beach at North Topsail Beach, this freshly remodeled condo is the perfect spot to enjoy all the beach has to offer. Relax and take advantage of the morning sunrises on your own private balcony. Spend time on the beach `shell/shark tooth` jewel collecting then come back to the condo and have a meal you prepare in your own well stocked kitchen. There is room to relax, room to play and room for you to have a comfortable night`s sleep.



Topsail Reef Condominium Complex includes 2 coin/debit laundry rooms and 2 barbecue areas with picnic tables. Tennis and basketball courts, corn hole boards are also available for your use at the complex.



We are easy to contact both before and during your stay, as we provide a phone number for both calls and texts and also monitor the airbnb message system.



Topsail Reef is a small condominium community located right on the beach. Just across the street is a small convenience store and tiki bar. We also provide an information book with lots of selections for area dining and activities.



As you can see by the photos, this condominium complex is located right on the beach/ocean. This means you may not always have beach access directly in front of the building. The tide changes 4 times in a 24 hour period. (and not the same time every day) low to high every 6 hours.

There are also many other things that affect the tide like moon phase, wind direction and storms. Tide schedules are available online as well as in the guest book. If you are looking online you will need to look at the New River Inlet tide schedule.

There is no guarantee that you will have beach access at any given time.

If you would like to go to the beach during a period of high tide, I encourage you to use one of Onslow Co`s free beach access lot located nearby.

I actually switched my reservation to Epic Topsail Oceanfront with the property manager, but was never able to get the switch done through VRBO because of technical issues. We really enjoyed the Epic Topsail property and the host was very responsive to our needs. The cleaning of property could have been a little better before our arrival (i.e. silverware drawer was dirty with food crumbs), but nothing we could not handle. There was not a pool at the property where we stayed, so I just put 3 stars so I could complete this review. My only disappointment was that we did not have beach access to beach from the condo... due to the water being too high. The water was hitting up on the lower condo stair access, so no beach access, & I wanted my 4 yr old grandson to play on the beach each day. Based on photos of the beach, I did not think to investigate the water issue. I did not know the water would be so high in October. I don't know if this was a seasonal issue, or due to storms. Nevertheless, we were able to drive a mile down the beach so he could play in the sand and water with beach toys. We all had a good time, & my only advice is check into the tides and beach access if this is important to you. The ocean views from the condo balcony were great!

We went down for a weekend getaway. This was a perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy the beach without all the other distractions. During high tide there is not beach acess but the view is wonderful. We had plenty of beach time with low tide, don't let that scare you. This is a great location. Lisa was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to my messages.The ONLY downfall was the beds were not that comfortable, to me anyways. Overall I would stay here again. Well worth it.
