In no further than it takes to walk to your mailbox, you can be scampering on the beach and swimming in the waves with your kids and dog. Running back and forth for snacks, a nap, or to get some shade and read a book are such a breeze at Salty Paws. The covered wrap around porch or under house picnic area are the perfect spots to chill out from the sun for a cool drink. Everything about Salty Paws is family friendly; from the grassy fenced yard, open floor plan, comfy furnishings, to multiple sleeping options and easy clean nature of this welcoming beach cottage. You can even walk just a few blocks to fresh fruits and veggies at a local produce stand. Relax on the wrap-around porch and enjoy the ocean views in this welcoming coastal retreat.

Property Level: We are a one story beach house on pilings.
Living Room: sectional sofa, soft side chair and ottomans, sisal rug, smart TV, ceiling fan.
Dining Room: dining table seating 6, counter seating for 2, upgraded lighting, purified water station.
Kitchen: kitchen island with granite top, stainless steel appliances- side by side refrigerator freezer, electric range, dishwasher, microwave. Extra wide stainless steel sink with pull spray faucet.
Primary Bedroom: king bed, dresser, Smart TV, double closet, ensuite bath.
Primary Ensuite Bath: single quartz top vanity, shower with hand held spray wand, toilet, updated antique bronze fixtures.
Guest Room: Queen bed, dresser, rattan side chair, ceiling fan.
Shared Hallway Bath: single granite top vanity, bathtub and shower.
Guest Bunkroom: twin over full bunk bed, small chest, TV.
Linens - Beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels will be laying on the end of the beds, bathmats provided in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest will need to make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.)
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

House Rules:
- No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities
- No smoking inside, outside, or in common areas downstairs
- You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.
Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
Pet Policy: Dogs Allowed. The first pet is included in your reservation. An additional dog may be added with restrictions and additional payment.
Cancellation Policy:
We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Getting Around:
Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pivot Parking at an hourly rate). Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches are easily navigable once you're here. Our beach town is very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes, and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advanced reservations are recommended. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Surf City/ North Topsail Beach and explore the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center Or take a scenic Tiki Tour through the Intercoastal Waterway.
