We were !! at the last minute !! placed in a different property. Which was called an upgrade. The property had no hot water in the shower for 2 days and the shower floor drain was clogged. Since shower and toilet and sink was all one room the floor stayed wet constantly !! The apartment was very basic and by no means was an upgrade other than that it had 2 bedrooms which we only needed one. There were no only sheer curtains in all rooms which made it impossible to have privacy. Along with the property being disappointing our seating arrangements on the flight were a disaster. Never on past trips have our seat assignments not been side by side. On this flight we were first scattered all over the plane. We've been satisfied on all of our past Expedia trips but bt no means were we happy on this trip !! The cities we visited were awesome but other aspects of the trip set a negative tone which we paid a good price for !!!

Czysty i przestronny apartament. Polecam

Apartament bardzo przestronny, kompleksowo urządzony i czysty. Super położenie w samym centrum Sofii. Właściciel bardzo pomocny.
