Una Gran bella sorpresa

Abbiamo prenotato circa due settimane prima, senza mai contattare la struttura, colpa nostra. Al nostro arrivo non trovammo nessuno, chiamammo il numero inserito in hotels, e ci risponde immediatamente il titolare, che ci chiede 5 minuti e ci avverte di averci inviato dei messaggi nei giorni precedenti per chiederci l'orario di arrivo. Passati cinque minuti ci chiama una signora molto gentile che ci indirizza in un locale affianco alla struttura per il ritiro delle chiavi. Prendiamo le chiavi, saliamo in appartamento, molto meglio delle foto, molto curato, moderno e con tutto il necessario per soggiornare in totale indipendenza. WiFi , condizionatore, lavastoviglie e tutto. Oggi abbiamo fatto il check out! La responsabile ci ha contattato più volte per chiederci come stava andando e se servisse qualcosa. Ottima posizione sito vicino alla fermata NDK davanti alla Vitosha street (centro). Grazie mille
