Brand new apartment, totally renovated, completely furnished with new furnitures in all rooms, very bright on all three exposed sides, located on the main and most important commercial street of Sofia, just 15 meters from the NDK subway station and just 400 m. from the National Palace of Culture. It has a full kitchen, parquet in all the rooms, armored door, satellite television, independent heating, air conditioning, wall-mounted hair dryer.
The incredibly central location in the pedestrian zone with a subway station just in front of the house is the real strength of this apartment that makes it absolutely unique. The NDK building (National Palace of Culture, a major venue for all kinds of events) is just 4 minutes walking far away (400 m.). You will find yourself in the heart of the center of Sofia, immersed in the commercial area and in the historic center of the city and with the possibility of moving easily and quickly. An ATM and a pharmacy are a few meters away from the building door.
Regarding pets: we accept cats only (max two).
Please note: the flat is on the 6th floor of an historical building, that as such has no elevator.
