Great for backpackers

Overall good value for your money. Great location, close to everything in the center. Small room but that’s ok if you’re out all day exploring Sofia. Good wifi. Walls are very thin, is my only complaint, but guest were quiet at night so wasn’t too bad. Daily clean was promised but that didn’t happen.

the appartment was small but clean. It had kettle and tea and coffee as well as shampoo and soaps. good clear instruction given to gain access to the appartment. only fault was leaving money in appartment on leaving.

Very good value

We have stayed here several times before, which shows how satisfied we are with the apartments. They are always clean and comfortable, and the location is close enough to the city centre for us to walk everywhere.

Very convenient location. Buses and trains are 5 minutes walk away, though we always walked into the town centre (~15 minutes). On our final day and due to fly out late, we walked to the Central Station in 15 minutes and left our luggage there cheaply, for later coolection en route to airport

Good thing is the room is cheap and near the train station. smell stinky when i check in at the stairs and the towel also smell Zigarette . it was very noisy from the room next to me in the night and also in the morning from the cleaning woman . And the checkout time is at 11 o'clock but the cleaning woman lock the door at 10:30 and she said ...Go Go..now (with body language)

Prédio, rua e zona degradados.

Área envolvente muito degradada. Zona pobre da cidade, apesar de central. Prédio, visto do exterior, parece quase abandonado. Hall de entrada bafiento, meio em ruínas e sujo. Os "apartamentos" (não é um apartamento, é um quarto com um móvel de cozinha ) são melhores, mas mesmo assim fracos. Cortinas não opacas, entra muita luminosidade ao amanhecer. Limpeza só de vez em quando. Camas nunca foram mudadas, em 7 noites. E podia continuar.... A única coisa boa foi que me permitiram deixar lá as malas por mais 3h após o check-out.

There is no reception but don't worry the owner will text you that how to get in the apartment. Also, the apartment is close to center so it is good to look around Sofia.

Podwójnie pobrano opłatę za apartament.

Zgodnie z instrukcją na rezerwacji dokonałem płatności gotówką w hotelu. Jednocześnie obciążono moją kartę kredytową tą samą sumą. Czyli zapłaciłem podwójnie za apartament. Mimo dwukrotnych obietnic hotel nie zwrócił pieniędzy. Absolutnie nie polecam.

Muy buena experiencia. Super facil la coordinacion para las llaves (llegue a las 2am)y el hotel tal como aqui se comenta, es muy simple pero muy limpio, funcional y centrico. Recomendable
