Grocery 160 m, restaurant, bar 140 m, bus stop 50 m. Nearby attractions: Asti 20 km, Alba 50 km, Torino 50 km. Please note: car recommended. Cooking courses bookable on request. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
