별관의 시설은 너무 많이 낙후되어서 귀신이 나올것 같았어요. 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 간혹 올라오기도 했고요. 어렸을때 왔을땐 나름 신식이여서 괜찮았는데 세월이 흐른만큼 정비 보수가 많이 필요해보입니다. 가격은 낮춰서 가성비 호텔로 바뀌지 않는다면 리뉴얼되기 전엔 또 방문하지 않을 것 같아요.

아이랑 함께하기 나쁘지않은 숙소

워터피아 이용하고 1박했어요. 늦게 체크인해서 7동이였지만 건물이 연결되어있어서 편의점이나 스타벅스 갈때 밖으로 안나가도 되서 좋았어요. 식당이 해맞이뿐이고 룸서비스가 가능한데 워터피아에 있는 족발이나 피자, 치킨만 가능해서 좀 아쉬웠어요.

편안하여 자주 이용하는 숙박시설이나 이번엔 주방쪽 바닥 청소가 잘 안되어있었네요ㅜ 부모님 모시고 가족여행으로 오랜만에 갔는데 윗층에서 너무 쿵쿵 소음과 밤늦게 주위에서 배란다에나와 ㆍ 담배를 피워서 담배냄새가 심한 기억뿐이네요ㅜㅜ
