Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I booked my trip months in advance. I never received an email or a phone call stating the reservation was canceled. I arrive and that’s when I find out it was canceled. I will never use the Hotel app again! Imagine your trip without any place to stay!
