The furnishing, appliances, and accessories are all new and contemporary. The home has Wi-Fi and a workspace desk for remote working. The home is within walking distance to shopping, and dining, 1/2 block to the hospital, and 1/2 mile to Soldotna High School. The home is perfect for guests visiting the area, staying for sporting events, or a long-term stay. The kitchen includes a Keurig and coffee pot for guests to use. The kitchen is fully remodeled and stocked with basic kitchen essentials.

The home comfortably sleeps 5 people (effective for new bookings as of 6/19/24).

Rental is for the entire home, and you will not be sharing it with anyone. Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard.

Hooks are installed by the front door in a covered area for hanging fishing waders. The shed in the backyard also has a rolling rack to hang waders after a day of fishing. Private backyard with deck & patio furniture to enjoy outdoors.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out time is at 11:00am. • This cannot be extended due to the cleaning schedule. • $200 late checkout charge. Turn off the air conditioning/heater before checkout. Turn off all lights.
Wash and put away all dirty dishes/pots/kitchenware. Leave all the dirty towels on top of the washing machine. Take out all the trash when you check out.
Please take out trash upon check out. Trash cans are located on the side of the house by the garage. Please use trash bags and breakdown boxes. We hope you have a wonderful stay at our home!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The property has strictly outdoor quiet hours10PM to 8AM weekends 9PM to 8AM weekdays. Maximum number of guests is 5.
This is a NO SMOKING house. No smoking of any substance on the property, $1000 deep cleaning will be charged.
Pets are not allowed to stay at the property. Please do not flush wipes or feminine products down the toilet. Do not clean fish/game inside the house.
