Situated between the ocean and the lake, this beautiful house is ideal for a relaxing stay in the Landes region. It offers a unique experience with its two terraces, one covered, ideal for al fresco dining, and the other for relaxing in the sun.

This 90 m² single-storey house includes :
- a large 250m² garden with two terraces, one of which is covered, and a barbecue,
- a cosy living room with lounge and dining area,
- a well-equipped semi-open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- two charming bedrooms, each with a double bed,
- a third bedroom with a double bed and two single bunk beds,
- two bathrooms with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities, clothes hangers,
- TV,
- Private parking in front of the house. It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

The double bedroom with shower is independent and accessible from the outside, on the terrace side.

## Neighborhood

Located just 200 meters from the ocean, and a 14-minute walk from Hossegor lake, this is the ideal place to discover the wonders of the Landes region! You can enjoy the mildness of the seaside resort, the oyster huts of Hossegor's marine lake or the great ocean beaches. You'll also only need a 40-minute drive to discover the Basque country. Last but not least, there are numerous bars and restaurants in the vicinity of your rental: we particularly recommend Le restaurant Coolin Hossegor, just 500 m from your accommodation.
