Hotel ok, mas o ar condicionado estava parecendo um ventilador não conseguimos dormir a noite com o vento vindo em nossas cabeças, a área de piscina não tem assento para todos os hóspedes, tivemos que ficar sentados no chão. Quadra em péssima condição de uso. A capela é bonita. Secador não funcionava, mas me arrumaram outro. Demora no preparo dos pra, levou 1 hora para vir uma caipirinha.

Escolhi este hotel em função das boas avaliações que li sobre ele, porém, na minha opinião, não condizem com a realidade. Hotel é antigo e mal conservado. O quarto que fiquei, apesar de espaçoso, estava com as paredes descascando e sujas. Roupas de cama e toalhas de banho velhas e manchadas. Colchões extremamente velhos. Limpeza que deixou muito a desejar. Café da manhã apenas razoável. O hotel é utilizado por funcionários das empresas que vão a trabalho na região, e neste ponto creio que é bem localizado pois está próximo delas. Porém fica muito distante do centro da cidade. Inicialmente iríamos pernoitar apenas uma noite em Sorocaba, mas como foi necessário ficar mais uma, achei melhor trocar de hotel.

O Hotel é impecavel , é como hotel clube é mais raiz , sem frescura , mas com o hall chic e uma piscina gigante , para criancas e bichinhos é perfeito . Grandes familias ou empresas . A gerente é maravilhosa , Armando, moças da cozinha, atendimento no jall, tudo perfeito. Tem gente que se hospeda sai colocando critica, deve ser alguém muito triste. Pois o lugar é feliz e amplo , preocuoados com a manutenção trocaram calhas e janelas , cada detalhe é observado e ainda tem.bônus para o atendente do mês ..Hotel que reconhece o valor do colaborador .Parabens. irei voltar muitas vezes.Gratidao
