Had the best stay at Hotel Capri! Came with a friend for a week and it was a wonderful experience. We ate breakfast there everyday , loved sitting by the pool, and had a beautiful and clean room. Will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Sorrento, with a few bumps along the way that were handled with true hospitality. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk from both the train station and bus stop, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The building itself is quite old, but it looks like it has been recently remodeled, giving it a charming mix of character and comfort. We had booked the hotel five months in advance as part of our 8-city trip across Italy and honestly forgot that breakfast was included at this particular stop. Unfortunately, the young staff at the front desk didn’t mention it at check-in, and we only found out by accident a couple of days later. Naturally, we were quite upset, feeling like we had missed out. However, Teresa, the hotel manager, immediately stepped in and turned the situation around. She was gracious, understanding, and incredibly accommodating—she even went so far as to invite us to the hotel owner’s private birthday party to make it up to us. That kind of service is rare and truly appreciated. Thanks to Teresa and her outstanding customer care, we ended our stay on a high note. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. Excellent and helpful staff, a great pool and sun loungers when you want to escape the crowds and just a 5 minute walk to the Piazza Tasso.

Great location! Easy walkable access to all tour pick up locations. Delicious daily breakfast with large selection of fresh food choices. Clean and quiet, adults only hotel. Friendly and helpful staff who all speak English. Pool was amazing on those hot, humid days. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience!

Hotel was amazing, perfect location & not far to walk to everything but also peaceful and would definitely stay there again if we ever came back! Breakfast was lovely buffet style and they catered really well with gluten free options for my daughters who are both coeliacs. Teresa was very welcoming and greeted us each day at breakfast making everyone feel special, even filling up our water bottles which was much appreciated. Thanks for making our stay very special

Lovely, Warm, Inviting Stay

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Hotel Capri in Sorrento. Great location, walking distance from the train station and to the historical section of town. We had a lovely, airy, light-filled room that overlooked the pool area. All the staff was so delightful, helpful and caring. Restaurant recommendations were delicious. Day trips to Pompeii and Capri were very enjoyable. Hotel management also kindly and seamlessly arranged for transport to the Naples airport for an early flight. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this in very convenient Sorrento hotel. It’s literally a 5 minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes to the center of town. They served a delicious breakfast each morning and the hotel staff was lovely. Teresa, the hotel manager even helped us arrange a van tour of Positano, Amalfi and Revelli. I highly recommend this hotel.

Home from home.

This Hotel is really comfortable with a very welcoming warm atmosphere. The hotel manager, Theresa, is so helpful and caring as are all her staff. Teresa can organise anything from pickups to trips. Rooms were lovely as was the service. Breakfast was fantastic with an exceptional choice of continental, English or freshly cooked eggy options. The hotel has a lemon grove to relax in as well as a pool. We had 10 very comfortable days here being cosseted. Very, very sadly, due to me miss booking, we had to move over the road for the next four days - this was a great disappointment as the new hotel was freezing cold without any atmosphere, most of the staff were dour like the manager. The only redeeming feature was the 5th floor sun terrace and its lovely organiser Marieclara, she was lovely.

Teresa is a one-man show at Hotel Capri. She scheduled an excellent driver to pick us up at the Naples airport when we landed at 10:30 PM. Americo was fantastic and so knowledgeable about the entire area. We got pizza, gelato and dinner recommendations. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and the rooms were spacious – with the windows open, it is a little loud but I would definitely stay there again!!
