A staircase leads to the lower level, a space dedicated to relaxation and fun for all ages. A game room equipped with a slide, playhouse, and foosball table will delight children, while sports enthusiasts can enjoy a fully equipped gym, including a pull-up bar, exercise mats, an electric bike, a treadmill, and a punching bag. Adjacent to this area: A spacious bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and WC. A separate WC. Please note that only the bedroom in this area is heated. The game room and gym do not have heating, making this space cooler in winter compared to the rest of the house, which benefits from underfloor and electric heating for optimal comfort. Outside, a terrace invites you to enjoy meals in the open air. The garden, currently being landscaped and planted with flowers, will soon add an even more bucolic charm to your stay.
