Un petit coin de paradis

Maison pour 2 personnes , très propre, manque de rien , centre du bourg à pied se fait facilement , belle plage à proximité calme et bonnes prestations, et beaucoup de choses à visiter (voir avec office de tourisme qui sont de bons conseils) , les propriétaires sont des gens charmants, ils sont là pour que notre séjour se passe bien Nous vous conseillons à 100% cette location. Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und hatte alles, was man braucht. Es war genauso wie es im Inserat beschrieben war.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts für einen schönen Urlaub. Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Lage ist seh ruhig, die Terrasse grenzt an ein kleines Wäldchen, man erreicht den Strand und den Ortskern in circa 1000 Metern.

A l orée du bois

Petit deux pièces agréable , bien équipé ( barbecue, transat etc.... ). et propre. Pièce principale manquant de luminosité même en plein été. Donc frais pendant les grosses chaleurs. Fonctionnel pour 2 personnes , mais trop juste pour 4 personnes ( manque de rangements etc.....). Petite terrasse agréable. Le logement dispose bien d une entrée indépendante , mais fait partie intégrante de la maison occupée par les propriétaires ( néanmoins sympathiques). Compter 25 minutes a pieds pour aller dans le centre de Soulac, idéal pour le vélo car près des pistes cyclables, et à quelques minutes en voitures des supermarchés.

Très agréable séjour à Soulac

Nous sommes très satisfaits de cette location. Malgré la canicule, nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur à l'intérieur. L'équipement est au top et la déco sympa. Le cadre est très agréable, les plages à quelques minutes à vélo (pistes cyclables) et le centre ville est à proximité. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Idéal pour un couple avec un enfant, nous avons passé un super séjour.

Bel endroit au calme

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans un endroit très bien situé et entretenu avec soin. Proche de tout ( plages et ville ).c est parfait avec des vélos. Les propriétaires très à l écoute. Je recommande cet endroit

Appartement avec jardin au calme

L'appartement convient parfaitement à un couple avec un enfant. Il est tres fonctionnel. L'exterieur (terrasse avec table de jardin, hamac, parking à l'ombre) agréable avec la forêt à côté. Il faut compter 20 minutes de marche (ou 5 minutes de voiture) pour aller en centre ville, et pareil pour aller à la plage

Praktisch gelegen

Kleine nette Ferienwohnung, für mehr als 2 Personen wahrscheinlich zu klein. Uns war das 140 cm breite Bett zu eng. Schöne Terrasse direkt an einem Waldstück. Küche ist recht spartanisch ausgestattet. Nur zwei Herdplatten, Pfannenwender oder Grillzange sind Fehlanzeige, ein einziger Schwamm. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und sehr zuverlässig, man sollte aber besser französisch können, um zu kommunizieren. Wir hätten uns drin Stühle mit Lehnen gewünscht. Zur Innenstadt sind es etwa 2 km - für Ausflüge mit Rad oder Auto ist das recht ruhig gelegene Häuschen ein guter Ausgangspunkt.

Zauberhafte Ferien am Meer

Wir haben zu dritt eine wunderbare Woche in diesem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten kleinen Ferienhaus verbracht. Durch das kleine Wäldchen wird es nie zu heiss im Haus und es war alles da, was wir benötigten. Es ist herrlich ruhig. Bei schlechtem Wetter wird die Wohnung für drei Personen allerdings etwas eng, findet das Leben auf der Terasse statt, ist es in Ordnung. Wir durften unser Auto auf dem Grundstück parken und für die Fahrräder ist ein Fahrradständer da. Mit dem Rad ist man sehr schnell am Meer (sehr guter Fahrradverleih in der Stadt) und auch im Ort. Soulac sur mer ist ein sehr hübsches kleines Städtchen mit einer Strandpromenade, Fussgängerzone Gastronomie, Geschäften etc. Nur wenige Kirchen lassen einen andächtig werden und laden zum Beten ein, diese Basilika La Notre Dame gehört eindeutig dazu. Allein das Geschehen am Strand rechtfertigte einen langen Aufenthalt, die Rettungsschwimmer, die auf Ihrem rollbaren Hochtürmchen sitzen und jeden, der ausserhalb der gesteckten Fahnen badet, mit der Trillerpfeife zurückpfeifen. Durch die starke Tide müssen die Fahnen ständig, mit einem alten Lada transportiert, neu gesteckt werden. Ich hätte einfach nur da sitzen können und schauen. Das Klima ist toll, nie zu heiss durch den Wind, aber auch nicht zu kalt. Es gibt sehr schöne Radwege. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt: sehr sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung, schönen Terrasse, ruhig gelegen in der Nähe von Soula-sur-mer. Es fehlte und an nichts.

Pour notre séjour en février nous avons eu tout le confort: la maison est bien isolée à aucun moment nous avons eu froid. les locaux sont modernes, pratiques et très agréables. La terrasse communique directement avec la cuisine dans un petit jardin a l'abri des regards. Le petit cabanon nous a rendu de multiples services .

studio pour deux personnes très bien équipé (cuisine literie salle de bains)situé à 15 mn du centre ville et 20 mn de la plage à pied. seul bémol :la pièce de vie est sombre( éclairage à revoir).

Super Ferien in Soulac sur Mer

Eine wirklich tolle kleine Wohnung mit voller Austattung in ruhiger Lage und sehr netten Vermietern. Schoenes Terrasse. Perfekt fuer Fruehstueck und Abendessen im Freien. Guenstige Lage fuer Fahrrad und Autoausfluege in der Region. Bei unserem naechsten Besuch in Soulac werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort wohnen.

Studio très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut (barbecue, petite terrasse et jardin,) : vraiment top! À vélo tout est accessible en 3 minutes, centre, plages etc... Je recommande !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les très sympathiques propriétaires, le logement très confortable et bien aménagé, le tout dans un cadre verdoyant et entouré dans petit bois et super agréable j'ai beaucoup apprécié ce séjour. Le centre ville et le front de mer à 20 minutes de marche, par contre le magasin LIDL est à 5 minutes de marche il faut dire que c'est bien pratique. La Gare SNCF à 10 minutes environ de marche. Je recommande cette location en toute confiance. Je retournerais avec plaisir.
