We’re excited to offer our home as a rental for the first time beginning Spring 2026.

Our home is currently being refreshed with newly painted rooms, updated countertops, new appliances, all new beds, and updated living room furniture and 55" TV—it's coming together beautifully and is starting to look fantastic!

While we’re new to Vrbo and don’t yet have reviews, we are long-time Notre Dame faculty members, and we take great pride in offering a high-quality guest experience. This beautifully maintained mid-century ranch blends classic character with modern comfort. You’ll immediately notice the gorgeous original hardwood floors and the warm, inviting feel throughout the space.

Relax in the spacious living and dining area featuring a cozy corner fireplace—perfect for unwinding after a day out. The updated kitchen offers a unique mix of vintage charm and modern convenience, complete with original Coppes cabinets and a bright breakfast nook for morning coffee.

The home features a generously sized primary bedroom with a private, updated en-suite bath and walk-in shower. A second full bathroom has also been recently renovated. The third bedroom doubles as a functional office space with built-ins, making it ideal for remote work or additional sleeping arrangements.

Downstairs, the basement provides extra space and includes a queen and twin size bed. While the is no bathroom in the basement, there is a room with two beds for additional guests to stay.
