Fabulous 5BR 2BA "Legends of Notre Dame" Home 1.5m from Campus! Walk in 30 mins!

Escape to this excellent house within walking distance of Notre Dame. The entire home, inside and out, was remodeled this summer and everything is brand new. It is tastefully decorated to highlight Notre Dame legends! It's an ideal gathering spot for Notre Dame events! Martin's Grocery Store, the Linebacker, Eddy Street Commons, Rocco's, and the Notre Dame bookstore are all within a 5-minute drive.

With five bedrooms, including four with queen beds and one with a full bed (sleeps 2), guests will find plenty of room to rest. Each bedroom is stocked with luggage racks, hangers in the closet, and end tables for personal belongings.

The home features two full bathrooms that are stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer.

The home also offers two living rooms each with a comfortable sofa bed, providing extra sleeping space. Each living room has lots of seating and there are extra chairs in the bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully stocked for large groups and contains everything necessary to prepare a meal. Guests will enjoy the coffee station equipped with coffee, cream and sugar, and tea.

The backyard is fully enclosed and private. It's equipped with a patio, table and chairs, and a barbecue. There is plenty of parking including the driveway.

The home has brand new furniture and is very clean. There are many extras like tv trays upstairs and down, folding chairs to increase seating for larger groups, a dining room table with 2 leafs to seat 8 comfortably, an iron and ironing board both upstairs and downstairs, and a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is also provided.

Whether you’re gathering with family or friends for a Notre Dame event or visiting South Bend, this quiet location invites you to enjoy a comfortable stay. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your stay one to remember!
