Vegas level experience

Wow! What a great experience we had at Four Winds! We had visited the casino a few times, but this was our first time staying at the hotel. Everything was first class. It’s nice to know there are Vegas level options in Indiana. It’s a lot easier to drive a few hours than to fly to Vegas.

Went to check in after a 7 hour drive and was told I didnt have a reservation. I did have the Expedia confirmation and that info was given to front desk staff. I was told that wasnt their confirmation number even though it was clearly listed on the email. After about a 15 minute wait, a supervisor came out and said the reservation was never "confirmed" with them but she could see it in the system. She gave me the requested room at the rate I had confirmed on Expedia. They were all very helpful and frjendly during the whole ordeal. I did utilize the spa and I must say it was one of the most relaxing and beautiful places I've had the pleasure of visiting! I will be visiting again in a few weeks and will be staying again and most certainly utilizing the spa!

Road trip from NY to Indiana!

This was such a beautiful hotel. I’m from New York and I’ve been to countless amounts of casinos. This one is definitely top rated! The staff was excellent, the rooms were perfection and the slot machine selection was plentiful! If ever I’m in Indiana again I will be back! Overall my stay was exceptional! The hotel was clean and staff was extremely courteous. I do wish there had been some sort of room service in the evening. Or an option to order from local restaurants for delivery. Also, a place on each floor to empty your own waste baskets.

Everything was great about the hotel, the service/staff was amazing and the facility was amazing and everything was clean. The only reason why i give this a 3 star is because my room somehow had lady bugs coming from the windows. The staff were quick to get me a new room right away, which was very nice but it was a shocker.

Outside of Vegas, this was ine of the best casinos I've visited in a long while. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The only thing that i wished they had, was a sports betting area with a bunch of tvs and chairs. However, we still had an amazing time!
