We enjoyed a lovely weekend for a Notre Dame football game.The home was clean and spacious and had everything that we needed. It is also within walking distance of the stadium. The owner responded right away when there was an issue with the AC, and the problem was resolved quickly. This was our second stay at Peachtree Place, and we wouldn't hesitate to return again next time we're in South Bend.

Great Stay!

House was very clean and had everything we needed during our trip. Some of it was honestly better than pictured and we were pleasantly surprised. The firepit was a fun addition. The neighborhood was also really nice and felt very safe. Overall we had a great stay!

Quick Trip to Mishawaka

Family and friends were in town for a volleyball tournament at Mishawaka Fieldhouse. House was about a 13 min drive to facility which was great! So much better than hotel and cheeper for 2 families ti split. Had great beds plenty of room and great outdoor living space with fire pit and chairs. We grilled out one night and had plenty of kitchen assessories for everything you need. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher or a garbage disposal. That’s the one thing I would suggest. Very clean and up to date. Perfect quiet neighborhood as well.
