Consider this house your home away from home while you visit South Burlington. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from our conveniently located home. Only 3 minutes' drive from the Burlington International Airport. Only a 5 mins drive to UVM campus, and 10 minutes to downtown Burlington.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta University Mall (ostoskeskus). Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja mikroaaltouunin.

The home is located conveniently 5 miles from the airport and is easy to find. However, it is on a busy street. Traffic noise was annoying and disrupted our sleep. We also had issues with the internet and heat. The host responded quickly and tried to meet our needs.

The host was very responsive & accommodating. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 teenagers needing a place to relax & sleep during a 3-day family gathering in the area. This rental was just what we needed. The rooms were nearly spotless. The living room had a nice couch and carpet. The kitchen had a medium-size refrigerator, but it held all the foods we prepared to share at our family gatherings each day. Countertop appliances included electric tea kettle, toaster oven, microwave, and Keurig coffeemaker. The bedrooms had comfy mattresses and nice pillows. There was ample parking for our two vehicles. The location was very close to area businesses & airport. Since we were primarily there in the evening before bed, any sounds from the nearby airport were not an issue for us at all. The front door didn't close easily, but, the host was going to have it adjusted. There were a few minor outside trim pieces that needed attention, but that was of no consequence. This rental served our purpose well.If we could change only one thing it would be that there is only 1 bathroom. Turning a downstairs closet into a space with a toilet would be a great addition. One other note... the building for rent is attached to a small, quiet business, but it didn't affect our stay at all. The business owner is the rental host & is very mindful of her guests privacy. She's very pleasant to deal with as well. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. It's clean, comfortable & convenient.

Our stay

Came up for a weekend. The WiFi or tv didn’t work the router was not hooked up correctly. The owner did get back to me and stated it could be the wrong password but the router was just plugged in the the power cord no other cords were plugged in. There were no extra blankets if you were cold. Some of the towels had holes in them. It was clean

Very convenient to everything

The house is very conveniently located to many restaurants and other convenience.We stayed for 3 weeks as a family of 5 and the house never really felt "too small" despite being snowed in for a few days. We visited for most of January during Heavy snow! Price Chopper, the closest grocery, is surprisingly well stocked with name brand items at, as the name suggests, good prices. It was our favorite nearby location for groceries, but we Also went to Healthy Living quite often as it's where there is a Tesla Super charger. This is also only about a 5 min drive. The airport is literally under a minute away. And there's a very convenient well stocked drug store directly across the street. For convenience you really couldn't ask for more.Now the down sides...The house only has 1 bathroom. This is fine for a shorter stay, but a family of 5 (4 of them male) really started to get annoyed with the wait for the one toilet... Or sink. And the one bathroom is upstairs, so Anytime you need to go to the restroom, you have to trek all the way upstairs. Also the house has single pane windows with very little insulation. This is a negative in two ways that you will simply want to be aware of. First, there seemed to always be a draft of cold air and it took us several days to learn how to best regulate the temperature/thermostat.And second, it's on a major road, so there seemed to Always be road noise from passing vehicles. Average older home

Looks good in the pictures and good location. Lot of road noise and house was dirty. Minimal old bath and hand towels. kitchen towels were dirty One bedroom only had a bed with no nightstand or dresser. Someone before our stay left food in frig on door and in freezer. We come to Burlington often We would not stay here again.
