Discover the "Darling Duplex North" located in beautiful South Haven, Michigan. This vintage 2-bedroom two story apartment comfortably accommodates six guests. The two comfortable bedrooms are both located on the second floor so guests will need to be able to walk upstairs. There are two queen beds in the front bedroom and one queen bed in the back bedroom. There is one half bathroom located on the first floor and one full bathroom located on the second floor.

The apartment stays cozy with natural gas forced air heating and cool with central air conditioning, making it a perfect retreat any time of year. Whether you are unwinding after a day at the beach or cycling on the Kal Haven Trail, this peaceful apartment offers everything you need.

The large fenced in back yard has a beautiful covered deck with comfortable seating and romantic party lights. Also in the back yard is a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a large patio with dining table and chairs and a gas grille.

Please note that there are two apartments in the duplex. The front porch, fenced in back yard with covered back deck, and side driveway are all shared spaces between the two apartments.

This property is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, we will only rent to mature, responsible and respectful guests. The quiet time is at 10:00PM. Please keep this in mind when considering renting this apartment as we do not want to disturb our neighbors.
