Each of the three bedrooms has been thoughtfully appointed to ensure comfort and restfulness, including two with luxurious king beds and a dedicated kids' room equipped with a twin bed and pull-out trundle, perfect for little adventurers.

This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 6, including children ages 5 and under. No more than 4 people over the age of 5. This applies 24/7.

Outside, the wrap-around deck makes it easy to embrace the tranquil beauty of South Lake Tahoe. It's an ideal spot for al fresco dining or simply soaking in the serene surroundings. Inside, the home has been fully remodeled. Plush king beds in two of the bedrooms will have you comfortable and warm in the evening. The primary bedroom’s ensuite bathroom with freestanding bathtub is perfect for a long soak after skiing all day. The kids will delight in their room, directly a cross from the hallway bathroom. It features a plush bean bag next to the twin-sized bed, that has an additional pull-out trundle bed making it perfect for 2 children.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
