Primary Suite: Spacious retreat with a luxurious en-suite bath featuring a soaking tub and separate shower
Two Additional Bedrooms: Peaceful and inviting spaces for restful nights. The bunk bed can only accommodate children due to the height clearance.

Important Notes

To ensure a peaceful stay for all, please be aware:

- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests - no exceptions per County rules
- No parties or events permitted
- Hot tub use permitted until 10 PM. Must sign hot tub liability waiver prior to arrival)
- Parking limited to 2 vehicles (no street parking)
- No smoking on the property
- Must dispose of trash in the bear box outside
- This home is located in a residential neighborhood and participates in a Good Neighbor program, including noise monitoring for compliance.

- Exterior security cameras for guest safety located in front of the home and in the fenced back yard
- No live TV—streaming apps only (Netflix, Hulu, Disney, YouTube TV, Amazon Video)
- Check-in: 4:00 pm / Check-out: 11:00 am
- Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (please no glitter, confetti, or other decorations that may be difficult to clean up)
- No pre-set early check-ins or late check-outs. The cleaning team will welcome you by SMS if the home is ready before check-in time
- A noise monitoring device is present inside the home, per County rules. There are no sound or audio recording devices inside the house
