The pool was locked and they had no ice and that gave my daughter an empty ice bucket after telling her there was no ice and on top of that the bucket was sandy. The room had no shampoo or soap had to make a trip to the office to ask for some. On top of that all the added fees.

They make you pay a cash deposit but have no ATM. Nobody was at the front desk so I had to go find a maid, translate my request to Spanish and call the manager from her phone. Rude. Filthy. Terrible.
