The flat screen tv is perfect for watching sporting events, news, movies, and shows. The location was perfect on the ground floor next to the boardwalk to the beach. I liked that they had chairs and a cooler to use. Plenty of space for a family of 6 and even more. Nice large TV and open dining space for fun family gatherings. Great views and access. The water heater was not working so we didn’t have hot water for a few days until it was replaced. Also the pans for cooking were pretty poor but we managed to make food the few times that we did. Overall I would recommend this place and would stay here again if we return to SPI.

Nice But Could Use Some Upgrades

The location of this unit is UNMATCHED, with nice views of the ocean and just a quick walk to the beach we could not have asked for anything more! The condo had a supple amount of linens and towels but we were surprised a week before our stay with an email full of items that we would need to purchase from the local stores to make our week long vacation enjoyable. It was an extensive list. We had family staying in another condo just down from this unit and their condo was fully stocked . The guest bathroom drains were slow draining, including the bathtub and sink and in the master bathroom it looked like the drywall near the tub stayed continually wet pointing to potentially a leak in the wall. The unit was fairly clean upon arrival and does not have a washer and dryer which is a big drawback for us. Overall, we would come again just a few things that we would change to make this a 5-Star review.
