Extremely dirty rooms, cockroaches and ants in all 3 rooms they were trying to move us to. I have pictures. Also, partial beach view room had ZERO beach/ocean view. We ended up leaving and going to different hotel. We lost more than half of the day of our trip while moving. Hotel provided a refund for ONE night out of the TWO we paid for. The only positive part was the front desk employee and the bellman were nice. We are very frequent travelers and this was one of the worst hotel experiences we can remember.

Loved this place. For being on a beach, the room was actually really clean smelling like recently cleaned and everything on place. I always have my towels on me but it was nice to see there was plenty of towels both in room and pool area. Hotel has access to beach and pool was just amazing. My toddlers had a blast. There’s also a place to get drinks at pool in case you want some plus a restaurant on site as well with really good food. Overall, loved this place.

I had a very good overall experience at this hotel. The only downside was a delay in getting a baby crib—despite requesting one a week in advance, it took about four hours after arrival for it to be brought to the room. Luckily my baby did not want to nap during those hours. That aside, the hotel itself was very clean, and my remodeled room felt fresh and comfortable. The pool was excellent and quickly became my favorite spot during the stay. In the evenings, a live disco music band added a fun and lively atmosphere. The beach access was great as well. The restaurant, however, was a bit underwhelming. The food was average while the prices were on the higher side compared to the quality. I suggest dining out.

The room was two hours late. A desk clerk sad that my husband had turned down a ready room other than the one we chose) so we were ineligible for compensation. I feel like the management probably sucks as far as customer service goes. Staff are pretty much unfriendly except for the cleaning staff. Yes, it’s a Sunday night in September, but, we are ordinary paying customers who stay here often. I suggest a management change. Clearly management has zero commitment to customer service or avoiding stories like mine. I will come again because I love the property, and I will write a similar review as this one is changes are not made ASAP. I stay here several times a year.

Chek in was at 4 we got there at 2 we did pre registration and they said they would call when room was ready never got a call went back at 3:30 they said no it would probably be ready at 4 ok understandable chek in is at 4 but when 4:15 get here and no call i go to recepción and ask again and still my room was not ready i was mad tired and end of story room was given at 4:40

What I like ?? The Beach Location, Hotel overall was asking for a major upgrade and cleaning service, overall the filthy rooms are in need of major upgrades, Bathroom was filthy, stains in shower tub, staff was very rude, they give the impression that they don’t want to be there, the lobby carpet seems to be from the 1980 and never clean. I will never ever stay at this hotel again.

They need more handicap parking spaces. I had my 75 year mom and couldn’t park close and if they had parking it was one spot on each corner of the building. We got to check in early. It our hotel wasn’t ready. But they did say we could use the pool while we waited. They did give us a bottom floor bc the cabanas don’t have an elevator. That was nice of them. The stay was nice and we loved being able to walk to the beach. It was so close. Too bad we were exhausted that we didn’t get to listen to the band. We would return here but get a different room and stay longer
