This hotel was rated on Experian at an 8. I would rate it more like around a 5 or 6 at best. Everybody was very nice and it has great access to the beach, however everything looks really old, especially the bathrooms which were very out of date in need of updating and the sinks were very rusty. The shower has very low water pressure and the tubs were old and worn looking. $40 to rent an umbrella and 2 chairs for the beach! Too high. The parking lot was very crowded and you really have to hunt for a parking spot which ends up being a far walk to the door. They should be having valet parking there.

Nice hotel Has great communication with customers For example they advise of upcoming events through out the island through text! Great atmosphere! Great beach access Right next door to Clayton Beach Bar so great live music at night !

Was only there for one night, but I must say it was great overall! The front desk staff greeted me with a smile, were nice, and informative! The rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast included! I liked the all inclusive upgrade for $48, very worth it I’d say! Great overall! Recommend!

Great location and stay.

Clean room, good view. Breakfast options a bit limited, but the omelette/taco stand was excellent!! Definitely considering to stay there again. Location near the end of the beach was perfect for a less crowded experience.

The beds were comfortable. Hallway carpets could use a good cleaning. The complementary breakfast was lacking flavor… only tried to eat it once. The front staff needs a training on hospitality as they are not friendly or acknowledging when you come to the desk., didn’t make eye contact or acknowledge a Thank you.. The only friendly one was working the Starbucks area. Would we stay here again… probably not.

The property sits in a perfect place on the beach but the condition of the building was the problem. From the moment you walk in the lobby, the smell was terrible. Once we got to the room it was no different. Musky smell, damp. Toilet didn’t work, well it flushed but took ten minutes for the tank to refill. Water smelled. Just an awful place and because it was holiday weekend, the price was 350.00 per night. Motel 6 would have been better for 50.00 per night. I would never recommend or stay at this property again. However, the staff was great. The saying, you can dress up a pig, but it’s still a pig.
