It was good.

Check-in was quick. Got 1 key card, but they gave us another when I asked for it. Room was clean and spacious, we had 2 queen beds and a sofa. Restroom was also neat except for a damaged shower holder and chipped tub floor. Our balcony was ok, it was a little space with two chairs. We like the ease of access to the beach and the availability of extra towels for the pool or beach. Free breakfast only had a few choices; waffle, tortilla, eggs ang sausages. Those are what I liked. The pool is a bit small. Overall, it was a good stay for us.

Great location

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The romm was clean, just not exactly what i expected for a resort. The breakfast was horrible. They had an omlet bar and buffet style breakfast with scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with bits of sausage, potatoes, refried beans, tortillas. NO bacon or sausage. The juice was warm. Definitely not "resort" quality. Pool was clean but smell strongly of chemicals. The beach chairs are not included and are $40 for 2 chairs and an umbrella. We had a good experience, just not 5 star.

Only thing we liked here for the price was the room space that we got a double queen with a sofa bed it also had a mini fridge and a microwave, breakfast was included although it wasn't great the omelets were the only tasty and even that had a sticker from the store on one of the peppers that were in my husband's plate. My son slept in the very squeaky sofa bed and said it was not comfortable at all we also did not get sheets or pillows for it so we had to take off the ones from one of the other beds. The queen beds were ok to sleep on Staff was very friendly in the hotel at the bar there was an amazing guy who went out of his way to make us drinks on Sunday but Monday there was a girl who clearly did not want to work and kept saying nothing was ready even though we went a couple of times at the same time the day before it was very disappointing. Our room wasn't cleaned until 6pm the first day I had my baby taking a nap and had to take him and everyone else out so they could clean when earlier that same day we had gone back to change and go eat when another lady walked into the room when we were still there and I had told her we were leaving for lunch and she could clean she clearly didn't give a crap and left the room alone the worst part is that cleaning was mediocre they didn't even bother to change the bedsheets we only noticed they came in when we saw the bathroom trash empty no wonder there's cockroaches roaming around. Don’t expect too much from the reviews

Bed were very uncomfortable my whole family and we stayed there for 4 nights, even my kids (10 and 9) were so relieved when we arrived home to sleep in their bed. You would’ve think the hotels beds would be more comfortable because of the cost to stay there and the high positive reviews but how often do kids complain bout the beds when they are excited to go on vacation? The breakfast and omelet bar were ok but it was more like Mexican food style breakfast, refried beans and tortillas are served daily with scrambled eggs on the side and different shapes of sausage and that was it. Just not very good options for picky eaters like my kids, they been asking when they would serve bacon as that was what they preferred and did try the waffles but they were not great. They tried cereal as there were only 3 options but their milk was warm. Apple, cranberry and orange juice were also warm too. Omelet bar was pretty good but did I want to eat an omelet and Mexican style breakfast everyday, no. Their breakfast was pretty much overrated. Their location was far from everything and it requires driving to places you want to go especially somewhere to eat. I wish I paid more to stay at one of the better hotels and I would prefer better sleep quality from a long day at the beach in the sun and closer to more places to go with little distance of driving. For the price, you pay for what you get, just don’t expect too much from your stay.

While the pool was clean, I think it could be set up a little nicer. I would have liked some umbrellas at the tables and even some lounge chairs. I also was not impressed with the restaurant. I was extremely disappointed in the breakfast. Your website says free made to order breakfast. I was not expecting powdered eggs, I didn’t see anything like breakfast meat such as sausage or bacon. And no good bread choices. You need to at least change your website so people aren’t expecting more. Overall, I liked my stay and would stay again.
