Beautiful timber-framed house with over 3900+ square feet, plus another 1100+ square feet in the guest house. Includes both buildings and 550 feet of private lake shore. It is located at the end of a 3 mile long gravel road. Quiet. Secluded. Private. Come enjoy a beautiful escape on the south shore of Lake Superior. NOW with high speed wifi! Literally 100 times faster than our old DSL (starlink- 253 mbps on July 3, 2024)!

This home was built entirely from locally harvested white pine in 2002. Approximately 100 feet to Lake Superior's sandy shoreline. 10 Queen beds with three custom made bunk beds will be enough to fit your whole family and then some.

Sauna, swimming, camp fires, and star gazing... all to your hearts’ content at this secluded retreat.

Perfect for pur Thanksgiving gathering consisting of 7 children and 13 adults! It was a cold stay, took an entire day for the house to warm up and those of us sleeping in the basement were freezing the first night (had 5 blankets on the bed) but the high while we stayed was only between 25 and 35. Plenty to do! Our kids are between 4 and 13 and had plenty to keep them entertained! Ping pong, pool, skee ball, board games!!! Awesome stay and can't wait to book again for our family!

Great place in south shore superior! We had 10 adults and 8 kids have a blast here for a crisp fall stay.Great location just outside of Twin ports making it easy to go visit those places. The house is as pictured. We loved the two big tables to all eat together. If you have tweens or teenagers they will love the basement with all of the activities. The beach was nice. Very quiet and saw lots of deer up close. I love that they recycle. The owner was very responsive. Everything was great.

It was a great place for our families to be together. The grandkids loved walking down to Lake Superior and walking in the water and gathering rocks. They also loved the lower level with pool table and all the things to play with. It would have been nice if there had been one more shower but we worked it out. Thank you for renting it to us.

Family Vacation

We had our children and their families for Memorial Day weekend. Plenty of room for all of us and the separated houses was nice. The kids LOVED the beach. Too cold to swim but they loved the sand and driftwood. We definitely enjoyed the beautiful view! Kids had plenty to keep themselves busy.
